French‑Speaking Customer Advisor – On‑site in Braga

About the role

We are seeking French‑speaking Customer Advisors to join our team in Braga. In this position you will act as a financial consultant for a leading consumer‑credit provider, helping clients achieve personal project goals through clear advice and professional service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle high‑level client requests via phone, email and live chat, providing accurate information on financial products.
• Guide customers through the application process, ensuring all documentation is complete and explaining complex terms in simple language.
• Review client profiles and recommend the most suitable financial solutions.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long‑term loyalty.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with internal documentation rules.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native proficiency in French (C1/C2) with excellent written and spoken skills.
• Highly organized, empathetic and dedicated to delivering top‑quality customer service.
• Willingness to work 100% on‑site in Braga (must live locally or relocate).
• Motivated to learn finance concepts; no prior finance experience required.
• Team‑oriented with the discipline to thrive in a busy call‑center environment.

• Base salary of €930 gross per month, paid 14 times a year (includes mandatory summer and Christmas bonuses).
