French‑Speaking Customer Advisor – Lisbon

About the role

We are seeking French‑speaking Customer Advisors to join our Payment Solutions hub in Lisbon. In this on‑site position you will be the primary point of contact for users managing online payments, helping them resolve transaction issues and secure their accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert assistance to French‑speaking customers on payment gateways, digital transfers and account management.
• Troubleshoot platform problems and guide users through modern financial tools.
• Ensure all interactions comply with high‑security standards for financial data.
• Participate in global meetings in English and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Collect user feedback, identify recurring issues and propose improvements to product teams.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken French; professional English (minimum B2).
• Strong attitude, empathy and willingness to learn; no prior finance experience required.
• Comfortable working with multiple screens and new software.

Required skills

• Basic digital fluency with web‑based platforms.
