French Travel Customer Support – Porto

About the role

As a French Travel Customer Support representative in Porto, you will assist travelers throughout their journey, handling bookings, modifications, and inquiries while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality support via phone, email, live chat and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with bookings, reservation changes, cancellations and travel‑related requests.
• Deliver clear information on flights, accommodation, transportation options and company policies.
• Resolve inquiries efficiently, document interactions and follow internal procedures.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams and collaborate with internal partners and travel providers.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and good English (B2) communication skills.
• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field.
• Professional, detail‑oriented, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn.
