About the role

Join a dynamic, customer‑focused team in Porto, providing assistance to travelers throughout their journey. You will handle bookings, itinerary changes, and travel‑related inquiries, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for French‑speaking customers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional support via phone, email, chat and online platforms.
• Assist with travel reservations, modifications, cancellations and general inquiries.
• Provide accurate information on flights, accommodations, transportation and travel policies.
• Resolve customer issues while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Document interactions and resolutions in company systems.
• Escalate complex cases according to internal procedures.
• Stay updated on travel products, services and industry changes through training.
• Collaborate with internal teams and travel partners to ensure efficient issue resolution.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and good English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer support.
• Professional, detail‑oriented, proactive mindset.
