French Speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are expanding our Talent Acquisition team in Portugal and need a French‑speaking specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycles from sourcing to offer for multiple positions.
• Proactively identify and engage candidates using various sourcing channels.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to define requirements and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics.
• Balance several recruitment pipelines simultaneously while meeting hiring targets.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and good command of Portuguese.
• Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Proven ability to source and approach candidates proactively.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Organised, results‑driven and comfortable handling multiple processes.
• Based in Portugal or able to work on‑site in Lisbon.
