French-speaking Junior Finance & Accounting Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Junior Finance & Accounting Specialist to support the end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) process for a global leader in insulin delivery and diabetes technology. This is an excellent opportunity to develop finance operations skills in the medical device sector.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and promptly via email and other channels.
• Generate invoices and credit notes in line with company policies.
• Apply daily cash receipts and perform cash applications.
• Monitor accounts‑receivable aging, follow up on overdue invoices and assist in resolving billing issues.
• Handle simple customer queries and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Support reconciliations, month‑end and quarter‑end closing, and audit requirements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer master data in the ERP system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance.
• At least 6 months of experience in Accounts Receivable, O2C or finance operations (2–5 years is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
• Fluent French (C1) and good English (C1) communication skills.
• Customer‑service orientation with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Capability to work both independently and within a team.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel (V‑lookups, pivot tables).
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or NetSuite.
