About the role
We are looking for a French‑speaking junior professional to join our international team in Porto. In this on‑site position you will provide friendly, efficient assistance to customers via phone, email and chat, ensuring a high‑quality experience.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in French through phone, email and chat.
- Assist users with product or service questions, issues and complaints.
- Provide accurate, complete information using the appropriate tools and methods.
- Escalate complex cases to the relevant internal teams.
- Follow established communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Required profile
- Fluency in French (minimum B2 level) and good English for internal communication.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Positive attitude, patience and strong interpersonal skills.
- Legal right to work in Portugal (EU citizenship or valid residence permit).
- Willingness to work on‑site in Porto, Monday to Friday, 08:00‑17:00.
