French-speaking IT Support Specialist (HR SaaS)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking IT Support Specialist to join a leading HR technology provider in Porto. Working in a hybrid model, you will deliver Level 1 support for a suite of SaaS tools that power HR functions across our client base.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support to users of HR SaaS applications via Microsoft Teams, Outlook and phone, following established procedures.
• Log, track and resolve support tickets, meeting service‑level targets and KPI goals.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to extract and present data as needed.
• Maintain clear, multi‑channel communication to ensure swift issue resolution.
• Support quality‑assurance activities and contribute to data‑quality initiatives.
• Work closely with project teams to align support activities with project objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of IT support experience, preferably in HR or SaaS environments.
• Fluent in French (spoken and written) and English.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, especially talent management (a plus).
• Experience with Business Objects or SQL querying is advantageous.
• Background in quality assurance or data‑quality management is a plus.
• Excellent communication and strong organizational skills.
