French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote – Lisbon)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our digital support team. The position is fully remote but requires you to live in the Lisbon area so you can attend occasional on‑site meetings and team events.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for French‑speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Handle product inquiries, order tracking, billing questions, cancellations, and basic account troubleshooting.
• Log and update customer interactions accurately in our internal CRM system.
• Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional tone to ensure high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native French with professional English (minimum B2) for internal communication.
• EU passport or valid Portuguese work permit with active tax numbers (NIF/NISS).
• Quiet, dedicated home workspace with stable high‑speed fiber internet.
• Empathetic, organized, patient, and strong problem‑solving abilities.
