About the role
This position is for a French‑speaking Content Moderator who will join the Trust & Safety team of a leading global social media platform in Lisbon. The role involves reviewing user‑generated content, providing French‑language support, and ensuring a safe online environment.
Key responsibilities
- Review and moderate user content in French, including sensitive or graphic material.
- Provide high‑quality, professional support to French‑speaking customers and clients.
- Collaborate with a multicultural team based in Lisbon to maintain consistent moderation standards.
Required profile
- Fluent French (written and spoken) with good English proficiency.
- Eligibility to work in the EU or a valid work permit for Portugal.
