English‑Speaking Customer Advisor – Lisbon (On‑Site)

About the role

Already living in Lisbon and looking for a stable job in an international company? Join our multicultural customer service team and support English‑speaking customers from our Lisbon office. Full paid training starts on day one, so no previous experience is required.

Key responsibilities

• Assist English‑speaking customers by phone, email and chat.
• Handle questions, requests and complaints professionally.
• Resolve issues quickly and log every interaction in the CRM.
• Meet quality and performance targets such as CSAT, NPS and resolution time.
• Collaborate with international teams to improve the customer experience.

Required profile

• Native or fluent English (C1/C2).
• Based in Lisbon or the surrounding area.
• Right to work in Portugal (EU citizenship or valid residence/work permit).
• Availability for rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Good communication skills and a customer‑first attitude.
• Comfortable using computers and multitasking.
• Customer service or call‑center experience is a plus, but not required.
