French Quality Specialist – Lisbon

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Quality Specialist to join our Lisbon team supporting a global leader in sleep technology. You will monitor and evaluate customer service interactions, ensuring high standards of service and compliance with client policies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily audit assessments through data analysis of recorded calls.
• Monitor CSR performance by listening to, reviewing, and scoring calls.
• Participate in meetings with client supervisors and project leaders to discuss monitoring outcomes.
• Report script issues and provide feedback to training teams.
• Develop and execute a monthly call‑monitoring plan and compile quality reports.
• Take part in calibration sessions to align scoring criteria across the team.
• Ensure compliance with all security and policy requirements for Foundever and its clients.

Required profile

• Native or proficient French and advanced English.
• Minimum 6 months experience in quality assurance or a similar QA specialist role.
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and make fair, consistent decisions.
