French-English Customer Service Representative – Remote (Lisbon)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Service Representative to join Concentrix’s Lisbon team. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from home while supporting customers in both languages.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via phone, email or chat.
• Provide accurate information, resolve issues and ensure a positive experience.
• Follow established procedures and service guidelines.
• Maintain a professional, solution‑oriented attitude throughout each interaction.
• Collaborate with the wider support team while managing your workload independently.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Resident of Portugal, living within 50 km of the Concentrix Lisbon office.
• Comfortable working remotely and able to follow defined processes.
• Strong customer‑focused mindset and reliable work ethic.
