French Customer Support Specialist – Travel Industry (Porto)

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our international travel technology project in Porto. You will assist business travelers and corporate clients with booking, modifying, and cancelling travel arrangements while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with travel bookings, changes, and cancellations.
• Provide accurate information on travel services and company policies.
• Resolve issues and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve satisfaction.
• Collect feedback to support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Native‑level French (C2) and strong English (C1).
• At least 2 years of customer service experience; travel‑industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Legal right to work in Portugal.
