French Customer Support – Car Rental Project (Porto)

About the role

Join a fast‑paced car‑rental project as a French‑speaking Customer Support Representative in Porto. You will be the first point of contact for travelers, helping them book, modify, or cancel rentals and ensuring a smooth experience throughout their journey.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional assistance via phone, email, chat and digital platforms.
• Handle reservations, booking changes, cancellations, payments and explain rental policies.
• Give accurate information on vehicle options, insurance coverage and additional services.
• Record interactions and case resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex issues and collaborate with internal departments to resolve problems.
• Meet quality standards, productivity targets and customer‑service KPIs.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and English (B2) communication skills.
• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer support.
• Professional, detail‑oriented, proactive mindset with a desire to grow.
