French Customer Support – Braga (Fixed Shifts)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support representative to join our team in Braga. The role involves handling customer inquiries through phone, email and live chat, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for each client.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional assistance via phone, email and live chat.
• Respond to customer questions, concerns and account‑related requests promptly and accurately.
• Deliver clear information and effective solutions to improve satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of communications and case outcomes in internal systems.
• Identify complex issues and escalate them according to company procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to achieve timely issue resolution.
• Meet service quality standards, response‑time targets and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1/C2 level).
• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card.
• 0–1 year experience in customer support or a related field.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Eager to learn, adaptable and motivated to grow in a fast‑paced environment.
