French Customer Support – Braga (Fixed Shifts)

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional assistance via phone, email and live chat.

• Identify complex issues and escalate according to company policies.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1/C2 level).
• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card.
• 0–1 year of experience in customer support or a related role.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Eager to learn, adaptable and motivated to grow in a fast‑paced environment.
