French Customer Support – Braga (Fixed Shifts)

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional and approachable support through phone, email and live chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues and assist with account‑related requests.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal departments.
• Collaborate with other teams to address customer concerns efficiently.
• Meet performance targets, quality standards and response‑time goals.
• Stay updated on company products, policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1/C2 level).
• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card.
• 0–1 year experience in customer support or a related role.
• Eager to learn, adaptable and motivated to grow in a fast‑paced environment.
