About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international team based in Porto, Portugal. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for French‑language customers, handling inquiries through phone, email and chat, and ensuring a high‑quality experience in a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

Required profile
