Multilingual Customer Service Representative – Porto

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our contact centre in Porto, providing customer support for French, German, Dutch or Italian speaking markets. This is a full‑time, on‑site position within an international company that values multilingual talent.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat and email in the assigned language.
• Resolve queries, address issues and manage complaints while maintaining a customer‑first attitude.
• Log all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Achieve quality, productivity and service‑level targets set by the team.

Required profile

• Fluency in French, German, Dutch or Italian at C1/C2 level, plus a good command of English.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Comfortable using computers and navigating CRM tools.
• No prior experience required; full training will be provided.
