About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Support Advisors to join our contact centre in Porto. You will serve customers in one of the French, German, Dutch or Italian markets, providing assistance through phone, chat or email while representing an international company.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone, chat and email in the assigned market language.
  • Handle queries, resolve issues and manage complaints efficiently.
  • Log all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Achieve quality and productivity targets set by the centre.

Required profile

  • Fluency (C1/C2) in French, German, Dutch or Italian, plus good English.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer‑first mindset.
  • Comfortable using computer tools and CRM platforms.
  • Motivation to learn on the job; no prior experience required.
