French Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our multilingual team in Portugal. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, helping them resolve issues and ensuring a positive experience with one of the world’s leading brands.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat in French.
• Diagnose problems, provide accurate information and guide users through solutions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve the overall customer journey.
• Maintain high service quality and meet individual performance targets.

Required profile

• Native or C2 level proficiency in French.
• English at B1/B2 level or higher.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑first mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
