French Content Moderator – Trust & Safety

About the role

Accenture is seeking a French‑speaking Content Moderator to join its Trust & Safety team. You will help keep digital platforms safe and meaningful by reviewing user‑generated content and ensuring compliance with client policies.

Key responsibilities

• Review and moderate text, audio, and video content to maintain platform safety.
• Investigate and resolve flagged issues with accuracy and empathy.
• Stay current with evolving client policies, guidelines, and best practices.
• Advocate for user safety and suggest process improvements.
• Handle sensitive topics professionally and participate in ongoing training.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1+) and good English (B2+).
• Strong emotional resilience and stress‑management abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking.
• Cultural awareness of social and political dynamics in the supported regions.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum 18 years old, valid work permit, and completed compulsory education.
• Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or BPO is a plus.
