First Waiter

About the role

The First Waiter will be the primary point of contact for members and guests at Costaterra Golf & Ocean Club’s restaurant and bar. This role combines high‑end hospitality with attentive service in a luxury resort setting.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome members and prospects, introduce menus and daily specials.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately, using a ticket, tablet, or memory.
• Communicate orders to kitchen staff and ensure timely preparation.
• Prepare and serve drinks, deliver meals, and verify order accuracy.
• Maintain table settings, clear used dishes, and handle payment processing.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, address additional requests, and manage special dietary needs.
• Participate in daily briefings with managers and wait staff to stay updated on menu changes and reservations.
