Financial Operations Support – Cybersecurity Product Lines

About the role

As a Financial Operations Support specialist you will ensure financial accuracy, optimise licensing operations and streamline reporting for Airbus' Digital Cybersecurity Transformation team. You will act as the strategic engine behind the numbers, turning complex operational inputs into reliable financial execution for global Cybersecurity Product & Service Lines.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and consolidate financial inputs from Product Managers and PSL leaders.
• Build robust forecasts by combining operational and financial data.
• Lead monthly financial closing analysis for Cyber Security PSLs.
• Support central financial controlling during organisational or perimeter changes.
• Oversee licence planning, identify discrepancies and adjust licence road‑maps.
• Deliver weekly subcontracting and goods receipt reports.
• Own end‑to‑end CapEx request workflow, from submission to approval and follow‑up.
• Identify bottlenecks and design new processes to maximise efficiency.
• Help design and implement automated solutions to modernise financial operations.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills, autonomous and result‑oriented.
