Financial Controller – Support Areas / Overheads

About the role

Logoplaste is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to own the budgeting, forecasting and cost‑control of approximately €40 million of group overheads. The role works closely with senior stakeholders, including the Executive Committee, and partners with Finance, HR, IT, Legal and Facilities to drive financial discipline and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for all support functions, ensuring alignment with corporate targets.
• Perform variance analysis, identify deviations and drive corrective actions.
• Manage and optimise overhead cost allocation across cost and profit centres.
• Act as a business partner to functional teams, challenging stakeholders on cost control and resource allocation.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency and transparency of financial data and classifications.
• Support and challenge month‑end closing activities in collaboration with Accounting.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in controlling or financial management.
• Strong knowledge of management and analytical accounting.
• Hands‑on experience with cost centres and profit centres.
• High level of proactivity and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (MS Office).
• Experience with SAP (preferred).
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting and cost allocation.
• Fluent in English.
