Financial Controller – Holdings

About the role

Join Sodexo Business Services as a Financial Controller for the Holdings unit. You will work across multiple hubs and the parent company, providing financial oversight and strategic insights to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee monthly closings, reporting, variance analysis and annual planning.
• Provide financial insights and performance analysis for decision‑making.
• Partner with activity leaders, project managers and budget owners throughout project phases.
• Support project budgeting, financial tracking and delivery performance.
• Manage recharge models and ensure accurate cost allocation across regions and business units.
• Monitor CAPEX and OPEX projects in line with financial policies.
• Assist resource allocation decisions through cost analysis and recommendations.
• Drive process improvements and automation to increase efficiency.
• Promote finance as a strategic business partner.

Required profile

• Background in finance and accounting with financial controlling or FP&A experience.
• Strong experience in monthly closing, budgeting, forecasting and performance tracking.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Familiarity with ITFM tools (a plus).
