Senior Financial Analyst – Automotive Industry

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join a leading automotive company that is expanding into new business areas. The role supports strategic decision‑making by delivering accurate financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and maintain financial and management reports.
• Manage accounting and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Perform cash reconciliations and analyze cash‑related transactions.
• Conduct variance and fluctuation analyses for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Review and validate financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
• Support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes, including account reconciliations and journal entries.
• Assist in preparing the annual operating budget and financial forecasts.
• Audit accounting records and financial data across business units.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or corporate finance.
• Active CPA license preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
