Finance/Data Analyst

About the role

Quanteam is seeking a Finance/Data Analyst to join its Porto office. The position blends financial expertise with business intelligence, allowing you to turn complex data into actionable insights for internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Aggregate and consolidate data from multiple sources while ensuring quality and consistency.
• Design and build Power BI dashboards and data models from scratch, translating business and financial requirements into clear reporting solutions.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports using Power Query and DAX, creating relevant KPIs and metrics.
• Support month‑end financial closing and reconciliation activities, analysing discrepancies and guaranteeing accurate financial information.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand needs and deliver data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, finance analytics or controlling.
• Strong background in finance or economics combined with technical skills.
• Proactive, business‑oriented mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Power BI (including DAX and Power Query)
• Advanced Excel
• Python (exposure valued)

What we offer

• Gross annual salary between €22,500 and €37,000, based on experience.
