Field Account Manager – Portugal

About the role

Fresh ’n Rebel is looking for an energetic Field Account Manager to champion its brand across Portugal. You will be the face of the company in retail stores, ensuring product visibility, building strong partner relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Visit key retail partners such as Worten, Fnac, Darty and Radio Popular to optimise shelf placement and product presentation.
• Develop long‑term relationships with store managers, retail teams and key stakeholders.
• Support sell‑out through product training, in‑store activations, promotions and merchandising.
• Monitor competitors, market trends and customer feedback, turning insights into actionable plans.
• Collaborate closely with the Key Account Manager, distributor sales teams and internal colleagues to execute commercial plans.
• Track performance, analyse data and report market feedback to inform future strategies.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in field sales, account management or a retail‑focused commercial role.
• Experience in consumer electronics, lifestyle brands or retail is a strong plus.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Commercial mindset with a passion for building relationships.
• Hands‑on attitude, willing to spend time in stores and travel extensively across Portugal.
• Valid driver’s licence.

• Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English.
• Proficiency in using standard office tools for reporting.
