English‑Speaking Sales Representative – Lisbon

About the role

We are recruiting an English‑speaking Sales Representative based in Lisbon. You will be responsible for outbound sales – reaching new potential clients, supporting their onboarding, and driving their engagement with the platform's advertising products.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospect and acquire new advertising clients.
• Guide new clients through the sign‑up process and ensure successful activation.
• Build client engagement and long‑term platform adoption.
• Manage a sales pipeline through CRM tools.
• Apply consultative selling techniques and handle objections effectively.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales and/or digital marketing.
• Proven sales track record; comfortable with cold calling and target‑driven environments.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline via CRM.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and media mix planning.
• Consultative selling, effective questioning, and high‑value pitching skills.
• Ability to handle objections and influence decision‑makers.
