F&B Concierge – Luxury Club Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic F&B Concierge to join the Costaterra Golf & Ocean Club in Comporta, Portugal. In this position you will be the first point of contact for members and guests, ensuring every dining experience is seamless, personalized and memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Manage reservations for club restaurants, private dining, special culinary events and other functions.
• Prepare, manage and monitor Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) for food and beverage services.
• Proactively contact members to arrange bookings across all dining venues and maintain accurate tracking of their culinary experiences.
• Coordinate with restaurant managers and chefs to accommodate guest requests, dietary restrictions, allergies and VIP amenities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of menus, promotions, wine lists and seasonal offerings across all F&B outlets.
• Monitor member satisfaction, resolve dining‑related concerns and support service recovery.
• Collaborate with Member Service, Experience teams and other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain reservation records and member preferences using the hotel’s property management and reservation systems.
• Support planning and coordination of private events, special dinners and exclusive culinary experiences.
• Ensure compliance with club standards, health and safety regulations and brand service guidelines.

• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple reservations and special requests simultaneously.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can anticipate guest needs and resolve issues quickly.
• Team player able to collaborate across various departments.
