Extracurricular Internship – Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

About the role

Bosch Service Solutions in Lisbon develops and offers Customer Experience, Mobility and Monitoring solutions for its clients and provides Engineering and Software Development services. This extracurricular internship in Talent Acquisition and Sourcing lets you contribute to recruitment strategy and active sourcing for strategic positions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop recruitment strategies in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including writing job descriptions, defining requirements and assessing candidates through interviews
• Carry out active sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter to find top talent for strategic roles
• Represent Bosch at external events such as job fairs, conferences and tech talks
• Build trusting relationships with candidates and work with hiring managers to suggest suitable candidates

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Management or a similar field
• Fluent English, written and spoken (mandatory)
• Interest and ability to learn IT-related topics
• Collaborative team player who thrives in multinational, cross-functional settings
• Proactive, detail-oriented and passionate about customer success
