About the role

Join Bosch Car Multimedia in Braga as an extracurricular intern, working on the design, development and maintenance of software solutions for automotive multimedia systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop software applications.
• Resolve unexpected software problems.
• Apply best coding practices to ensure reliable and efficient software.
• Develop quality‑assurance and automated test procedures.
• Create safety and security rules for the developed software.
• Maintain and upgrade existing software using CI/CD tools.
• Produce technical and user manuals.
• Provide training material and sessions for end users.
• Co‑operate on requirements definition with the project team.

Required profile

• Background in IT or computer science.
• Knowledge of the software lifecycle and software engineering concepts.
• Ability to implement best practices for software quality and testing.
• Experience developing unit‑testing components in a full‑stack environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in an agile team.
