Experienced Recruiter

About the role

Riskified is seeking a data‑driven Recruiter to join its global recruitment team in Lisbon. You will own the full hiring lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers, HR Business Partners and cross‑functional teams to attract top talent across technology, go‑to‑market and business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer management and candidate closing.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Deliver a seamless, transparent candidate experience throughout every stage of the process.
• Build proactive talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals and other sourcing channels.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and analytics to identify bottlenecks and continuously improve hiring performance.
• Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company hiring standards.
• Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• 4‑6+ years of experience in end‑to‑end, in‑house recruitment.
• Proven track record hiring across multiple functions, including technology, GTM and business roles.
• Experience working in a global, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong partnership skills with hiring managers and HR stakeholders.
