About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical and relationship‑driven Enterprise & Strategic Account Manager to grow and retain a select portfolio of strategic restaurant partners on the Uber Eats platform. In this client‑facing, individual‑contributor role you will drive strategic conversations, identify growth opportunities and improve operational health for our most sophisticated partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Own a high‑value book of business, managing a small portfolio of ultra‑high value accounts with focus on strategy, revenue, profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Develop joint business plans, support product adoption and drive location expansion.
  • Monitor operational metrics such as defect rate, order reject rate and ad‑spend efficiency, taking direct action to improve partner performance.
  • Serve as trusted advisor, resolving conflicts, providing platform insights and guiding partners toward business excellence.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (CSMs, specialists, product teams) to deliver holistic support and tailored solutions.
  • Translate partner feedback into actionable recommendations influencing Uber’s product and commercial roadmap.

Required profile

  • 4–7 years of experience in a B2B client‑facing role (account management, sales, customer success or senior retail/food‑service leadership).
  • Proven ability to drive commercial success across the full sales lifecycle, from opportunity identification to retention and expansion.
  • Demonstrated track record of building strong client relationships and delivering measurable commercial and operational impact.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, comfortable navigating complex conversations and aligning stakeholders.
  • Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
  • Native Portuguese and fluent English.
