English-Speaking Customer Service Trainer

About the role

We are looking for an English‑speaking Customer Service Trainer to join a leading international customer experience provider. In this role you will onboard new agents, deliver engaging training sessions and continuously support existing teams to improve their performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for new and current employees.
• Conduct product, process, system and customer‑service training.
• Organise refresher sessions and development activities.
• Coach agents, provide actionable feedback and monitor performance.
• Assess training effectiveness through tests and performance metrics.
• Identify knowledge gaps and create targeted learning solutions.
• Maintain and update training materials as processes evolve.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders, Quality Analysts and Operations to drive performance improvements.
• Track training results and prepare reports.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 level or higher).
• Previous experience as a Trainer, Coach, Senior Agent or similar role in a BPO/customer‑service setting.
• Strong presentation, communication and facilitation abilities.
• Good understanding of customer‑service KPIs and processes.
• Ability to give constructive feedback and motivate teams.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Positive, proactive and people‑oriented attitude.
