About the role
Join the hospitality team at a leading international hotel brand in the Azores, delivering memorable dining experiences to guests. You will work in a dynamic restaurant and bar environment, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and set tables for restaurant and bar service.
- Serve guests both à la carte and tray‑service formats.
- Communicate orders with the kitchen and monitor their progress.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment and dining spaces.
- Adhere to all hygiene and safety regulations.
Required profile
- Previous experience in table or bar service, preferably in a hotel setting.
- Fluent English language proficiency.
- Knowledge of food hygiene standards.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts.
- Strong communication, teamwork and adaptability.

- Food hygiene knowledge.
