About the role

As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert you will help create memorable guest experiences by maintaining the appearance and hygiene of all hotel areas. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring rooms and public spaces are spotless, stocked, and ready for guests at all times.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to brand standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or services.
• Stock cleaning carts, linens, and supplies, ensuring inventory is replenished.
• Follow safety, health, and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe workplace.
• Collaborate with other housekeeping team members to achieve daily operational goals.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously throughout the shift.
• Physical capacity to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality standards.
• Professional appearance, uniform compliance, and effective communication.
