About the role

Join the vibrant food and beverage team at Lisbon Marriott Hotel as a 2nd‑shift table server for the Tapas & Tiles outlet. You will deliver high‑quality service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience in a dynamic hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and alcoholic beverages to guests, following event‑type service standards.
• Set tables, answer menu questions, and communicate special dietary needs to the kitchen.
• Record orders and transactions using the MICROS POS system.
• Check guest satisfaction throughout the service and address any concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glassware, and service stations.
• Complete closing duties such as restocking, turning off lights, and presenting accurate checks for payment.
• Adhere to all safety, security, and company policies, including uniform standards.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for an entire shift, including lifting up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MICROS point‑of‑sale system.
