Revenue/Reservations Analyst

About the role

The Revenue/Reservations Analyst will maximise the hotel’s revenue by strategically managing pricing, inventory and distribution channels. Working exclusively for one urban hotel in Lisbon, the role focuses on demand behaviour, competitive positioning and growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and adjust daily, weekly and monthly pricing strategies, set restrictions and respond to booking inquiries.
• Control room availability across all channels, ensure rate parity between PMS, channel manager and OTAs, and coordinate with Front Office.
• Prepare performance reports on occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, segmentation and forecast, and present insights to hotel and commercial management.
• Optimise the hotel’s presence on OTAs, the official website and direct channels, updating content and negotiating partner conditions.
• Develop short‑, medium‑ and long‑term revenue forecasts, contribute to the annual budget and identify demand‑related risks and opportunities.
• Create and launch special offers, packages and campaigns aligned with seasonality and the Lisbon market.
• Collaborate closely with Front Office, Marketing and Hotel Management to align strategies with operational needs.

Required profile

• Education in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Economics, Marketing or related fields.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in revenue, reservations or commercial roles within hospitality, preferably in urban or independent hotels.
• Proficiency with PMS, channel manager and business intelligence tools; strong understanding of OTAs and booking engines.
• Advanced Excel skills, strong analytical capabilities, strategic thinking and results orientation.
