E-Content Production Manager

About the role

The E-Content Production Manager coordinates end‑to‑end content creation for Nestlé’s global brands and markets, ensuring high quality and timely delivery from the IMS in‑house solution. This hybrid role blends project management, brand stewardship, and digital production expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate a global team of Graphic Producers to deliver content on schedule.
• Interpret and enforce brand guidelines to maintain consistent visual identity.
• Assess market content needs, validate briefs, and ensure all production inputs are complete.
• Provide cost estimates and timelines based on content complexity.
• Allocate resources, track project progress, and meet service level agreements.
• Conduct quality control on all deliverables and maintain operational documentation.
• Collaborate continuously with the IMS account team to drive efficiencies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in content production.
• Strong understanding of branding and digital content principles.
• Hands‑on knowledge of the digital content lifecycle and project‑management processes.
• Proficiency with project‑management tools and trackers (cost, time, budget, resources).
• Advanced English; additional French, Spanish or other languages are a plus.
• Experience in high‑volume, multi‑platform environments and stakeholder management.
