Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service Consultant

About the role

GRiT® is looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to join an international project aimed at enhancing sales and customer service processes using Microsoft technologies. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional and technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and configure Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules.
• Develop custom extensions using .NET and Power Platform low‑code tools.
• Analyse business requirements and design technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an international environment.
• Provide guidance on best practices for CRM adoption and process optimisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Sales.
• Solid background in .NET development.
• Hands‑on experience with Power Platform, Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Ability to analyse and translate business needs into technical designs.
• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
