Dutch-speaking Recruiter – Lisbon or Porto

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Dutch‑speaking Recruiter to join a multinational BPO client in Portugal. You will be responsible for sourcing, assessing and onboarding top talent for customer support and sales teams, working closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Attract candidates through databases, social media, job fairs and other channels.
• Conduct interviews to evaluate knowledge, skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with department managers to validate hiring needs.
• Prepare and onboard new employees, ensuring smooth integration.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the selection process.
• Create, update and analyse recruitment reports and databases.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Dutch (C1) and English fluency (B2).
• University degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment with strong organisational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with the full recruitment cycle, including assessments and follow‑up.
