Director, Product Management – Digital Payment Credentials

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the next‑generation authentication strategy, focusing on Digital Payment Credentials (DPC). You will shape the global roadmap, drive execution governance, and accelerate market adoption of DPC across regions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and refine the long‑term product strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for DPC in partnership with the DPC Product Lead.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable product plans, ensuring alignment with Identity Check, Token Authentication Framework, and future authentication models.
• Own global execution planning, feature prioritisation, and release scheduling for DPC initiatives.
• Establish and maintain product governance frameworks to guarantee consistency across all regions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Legal, Security, and regional product teams to drive cross‑functional alignment.
• Enable market adoption through ecosystem engagement, regulatory insight, and customer feedback.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in product leadership within payments, authentication, or related technology domains.
• Proven ability to translate complex market, regulatory, and technology trends into executable product strategies.
• Strong strategic thinking and ecosystem influence, delivering value for issuers, merchants, wallet providers, and consumers.
