Director of Marketing

About the role

This senior, commercially‑focused position is based in Portugal and reports to senior leadership. The Director of Marketing will own the end‑to‑end marketing strategy, turning brand awareness into measurable revenue and scalable growth across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the full marketing strategy covering acquisition, conversion, retention, lifecycle, brand, content and community.
• Lead analytics and reporting to maintain visibility into channel performance, CAC, ROAS, conversion and LTV.
• Own profitable customer acquisition and ticket sales, overseeing paid media, SEO and other growth channels.
• Oversee e‑commerce and digital conversion, including landing pages, offers, mobile experiences and checkout.
• Build repeatable playbooks for launching and scaling new locations in partnership with Operations.
• Identify and test new channels, audiences, partnerships and creative concepts.
• Develop retention and loyalty programs across email, SMS, memberships and referrals.
• Protect and evolve the brand, leading content, social, influencer, PR and local activation strategies.
• Coach, mentor and grow the Marketing team while staying hands‑on with performance data and creative execution.

Required profile

• Proven senior marketing leadership experience in high‑growth, data‑driven environments.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of turning brand initiatives into revenue.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience scaling marketing operations across multiple locations or markets.
