Digital Marketing Optimisation Specialist (Dutch)

About the role

We are looking for a Dutch‑speaking Digital Marketing Optimisation Specialist to join our international marketing team in Lisbon. You will focus on improving campaign performance, boosting conversion rates and refining customer journeys across Dutch‑language markets. The role is on‑site and includes full training and clear pathways for professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and analyse A/B and multivariate tests on landing pages, funnels and key touchpoints to increase conversion metrics for Dutch audiences.
• Collaborate with designers, product and development teams to implement data‑driven UX improvements on landing pages and forms.
• Monitor and optimise paid and organic campaigns (search, social, display, affiliates) to maximise ROI and meet KPI targets.
• Use web analytics, tag management and attribution tools to track performance, generate insights and produce actionable reports.
• Develop audience segmentation and personalisation strategies for Dutch customers across channels.
• Work with SEO and content teams to ensure assets are optimised for Dutch‑language search queries.
• Support technical implementation of tracking (GA4, pixels), experimentation platforms and marketing automation.
• Identify recurring performance issues, propose process improvements and share best practices within the team.

Required profile

• Native‑level or near‑native fluency in Dutch and strong English (minimum B2).
• 2+ years of experience in conversion rate optimisation or digital marketing optimisation, preferably in an international consumer‑focused environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with hands‑on experience using analytics platforms and data visualisation tools.
• Comfortable working with basic HTML/CSS, tag management systems and tracking pixels, and liaising with developers.
