Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the firm’s strategic initiatives within the Digital Communications Center of Excellence. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Communications, the role works closely with internal stakeholders across the Americas to deliver web, email, social and analytics projects.

Key responsibilities

• Edit, update and publish webpages and microsites using the content management system.
• Build new pages from templates and make basic SEO enhancements with Coveo.
• Publish social media posts natively or via the firm’s social media marketing platform.
• Manage the general email mailbox and support virtual events.
• Resize or crop digital images using an image‑editing application.
• Perform quality assurance on web pages, email messages and event sites to ensure compliance with brand and accessibility standards.
• Review QA reports in Siteimprove and pull basic data reports in Google Analytics.
• Track projects in the Marketing Central system and provide progress updates.
• Support marketing surveys, ad‑hoc projects and documentation of workflows.

Required profile

• Experience in a B2B marketing agency; law‑firm experience is a plus.
• Hands‑on use of Vuture email marketing platform and InterAction CRM preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in virtual teams and collaborate online.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Basic HTML coding.
• Adobe Photoshop (or similar image‑editing tool).
• Content Management System experience (Sitecore a plus).
• Vuture email marketing platform.
• InterAction CRM system.
• Google Analytics.
• Siteimprove for QA reporting.
• Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Teams.
