Communication Specialist & Campaign Manager

About the role

As a Communication Specialist and Campaign Manager you will be the voice behind Infineon's innovative semiconductor solutions. You will translate complex technology into compelling stories and lead digital‑first campaigns that support the company’s mission of innovation and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Shape market introduction and positioning of new semiconductor products, turning technical details into clear narratives.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end communication activities from kickoff to launch in close partnership with Product Marketing and Marketing Communications.
• Plan, design and produce marketing materials (presentations, briefs, brochures, webinars, trade‑show content, newsletters, social media, nurture emails) for multiple digital channels.
• Design, implement and lead demand‑generation and positioning campaigns, collaborating with channel experts to explore new digital avenues.
• Track, analyze and interpret campaign KPIs, applying data‑driven actions to improve performance.
• Act as quality gate for Business Line content, ensuring timely delivery, correct channel submission and compliance with Infineon standards.
• Maintain up‑to‑date marketing assets in alignment with Product and Application Management.
• Support internal communications, including news feeds, newsletters, website content and quarterly All‑Hands meetings.

Required profile

• Degree in Communications, Media Science, Marketing or Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in marketing communications, preferably in a high‑tech or semiconductor environment.
• Proven experience in content development and production for technical marketing materials.
• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities with a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken English; willingness to work in an international setting.
