Digital Content Management Specialist – Corporate Functions

About the role

As a Digital Content Management Specialist within the Corporate Functions team, you will be the central driver of Infineon’s global content strategy, ensuring a cohesive digital presence that supports business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the CSS division in global, content‑related projects and collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver project outcomes.
• Support the rollout and continuous improvement of a global content management strategy across the organization.
• Update and refine website content to maintain a consistent digital brand.
• Conduct content audits to evaluate performance, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements.
• Measure content and campaign impact, report on ROI, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Monitor emerging content trends and technologies to keep the organization at the forefront of digital communication.

Required profile

• Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in content management, including auditing and optimization of digital assets.
• Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders in a large‑company environment.
• Analytical, proactive and self‑driven with strong organizational skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.
